Turning Stays Into Adventures
with Water-Based Recreation
At Bear Paw Beach Adventure Park in Caledonia,
CRS helped the park team create a large, man-made
body of water for a custom Aqua Park to maximize
on the rising demand for water-based recreation
and create a family destination. The waterfront
features a modular Wibit® Aqua Park, a kids park,
and Peakz course surrounded by beach furniture,
cabanas, a jumping pillow, playground, and more.
The Result: A multi-recreational zone design
centered around water-based recreation provided
entertainment and extreme fun for people of all
ages and abilities.

Designing Space for Playful Healing
At Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital, the pediatric
center sought a way to expand their treatment area
and accommodate more patients. CRS designed
an outdoor space in the parking lot with enriching
playground elements that provided substantial
sensory impact in a small footprint—helping Grand
Itasca reimagine its treatment possibilities.
The Result: With the maximized outdoor space,
children could move, explore, and engage in big-motor
skill building to increase confidence while having
fun—making therapy activities feel more like play.
